Qubits on the Horizon: Aruba 2019
The workshop will take place at the Tamarijn Boardroom that is located just across the street from the Divi Village Golf & Beach resort (hotel grounds -- PDF) Depending on the location of your room it will be around a five minute walk to the workshop location. On Monday morning, anyone who is unsure of where to find the meeting room can come to the main lobby of the resort (marked with letter U on the map) at 8:35 AM and we will walk over together.
Each day will consist of a morning and evening session separated by free time in the afternoon for discussions.
For the people who would like to join the main group for dinner, reservations have been made at restaurants for every night of the workshop. Due to the size of the restaurants groups will be seated at multiple tables and we will be split between two restaurants each night. Restaurants, number of people and times are indicated in the schedule below. Please arrive on time for the reservations.
The boardroom has an open WiFi network named “Guest Wifi”. No password is required.
